

Blaire Wendel is a classically trained actor from Baltimore, MD. After spending her formative years in Maryland, she headed to Morgantown, West Virginia where she earned her B.F.A. in Acting from West Virginia University. Upon graduating with honors in 2011, Blaire moved to New York City and immediately began working. She landed her first Off Broadway show, originating the role of Katie McCory in Last White Family on Dorchester Road at The Barrow Street Theatre. Blaire has also appeared in both commericial and independent film and tv projects including a feature role in The Bio Channel's I Killed My BFF. Blaire stars in and co-produces the hit queer webseries Tough Love streaming on YouTube's Slacktory Channel. As a producer, she has line produced the upcoming webseries Abstract Poverty with Digiranch Productions and So Ya Wanna Be a Broadway Star coming soon to BroadwayWorldTV. She continues to climb the ranks at Upright Citizens Brigade and enjoys bringing her improv training to all aspects of her work. Blaire loves Indian food, Dachshund puppies, and resides in Astoria, NY.
